The service is free, confidential, independent andvoluntary. Any agency or individual can make referrals to CM.When contacted, mediators will approach any parties involved in thesame way; offering an opportunity to talk through their side of thestory. Mediators will then work with parties to establish how things canbe made better for all concerned. Often this is most effectively achievedif parties agree to a joint meeting.Although in our experience the majority of people who decide to cometo a joint mediation meeting reach an agreement, we can assist peopleto reach agreement via other means than face to face.Contact: 01595 743934Anti-social BehaviourContact for advice and support, or to report any anti-social behavior.Contact: 01595 744374Victim Support ShetlandA free, independent and confidential support service for victims ofcrimeand anti-social behaviour.Contact: 01595 74452435Family Information
