Regional Entity audit teams are authorized and obligated to expand the scope of acompliance audit to include Tier 2 and Tier 3 Requirements and any other requirements theymay deem necessary based on the results of the Registered Entity Profile Assessment or theaudit team’s collective professional judgment.2 Self-Certifications cover all requirements applicable to the Registered Entity.3 There is no specific form or template for Exception Reporting. Registered Entities shouldself report, using the portal Self-Report form, any possible violations of Reliability Standardsmonitored through Exception Reporting. Submittal by Registered Entities of self-certificationsfor these standards indicating the Registered Entity is “Compliant” will serve as a declarationby the Registered Entity that it has had no exceptions to the designated Reliability StandardRequirements during the reporting period (a zero-exception report).Added Self CertificationAdded Periodic Data SubmittalPage 5 of 5
