PRICING
We publish our catalogue every 2 years, therefore price changes
are bound to occur. Prices on our website are always current.
While we hope to maintain our catalogue prices until the end of
2015, however, they are subject to change without notice, due to
unforeseen changes in costs or inadvertent typographical errors
in catalogue production. Prices do not include shipping charges
or applicable taxes. All prices in this catalogue are in Canadian
dollars.
SHIPPING
We ship by courier, transport truck, post and coastal boat. We
have negotiated special rates with many carriers which we will
pass on to our customers. Please note, maximum weight
shippable by post is 30kg and maximum length is 2 meters. Also,
all liquids, paints, pressurized containers and flares cannot be
shipped by post and some carriers may charge a Dangerous
Goods Fee for these products.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
As manufacturers reserve the right to make changes to their
product without notice, we cannot be liable for the accuracy of
product information.To the best of our ability, the information
provided in this catalogue is believed to be accurate. We,
however, wish to emphasize that for total accuracy on
information, manufacturer’s literature can be provided by

Mercer’s Marine products may be purchased from any of our Authorized Dealers throughout Canada (Certain product

TERMS & PRIVACY
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, & in-store Debit Card
(Interac), Please be sure to have credit card number as well as
expiry date when ordering. Products will not be shipped until
credit card authorization has been obtained. Your privacy is
important to us! We want you to know that we hold your
financial and other personal information in strict confidence.
We do not sell, share or trade our customers’ personal
information to marketing companies or information brokers.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES
& WARRANTY
1. Returned goods must include invoice number and date of
purchase.
2. Goods must be returned, prepaid, within 30 days of
purchase and must be in original condition and
undamaged packaging.
3. Warranties will be as stated by manufacturer unless
otherwise stated by Mercer’s Marine.
4. We can not accept returns on special order items, cut
hose or cut chain.
