NASPL Associate MembershipsThroughout the year, industry vendors and suppliers participate in many aspects of NASPL; andthe Association has always greatly appreciated the support and cooperation it has received fromits suppliers. Specifically, numerous companies attend the Vendor Dialogue, Professional DevelopmentSeminar, Lottery Leadership Institute, 2012 World Lottery Summit, Trade Show, or advertisein Lottery Insights.NASPL continues to offer memberships for vendors that encompass a variety of levels of participationat a reduced rate. There are four levels to choose from, and each one offers unique cost-savingsand benefits, while at the same time, elevating your participation in the future directionof our Industry.Without a doubt, Vendors and Suppliers will now be able to receive more value and savings inexchange for their participation.Please take a moment to review the various levels of Associate Membership and determine whichis best for your organization. The Associate Memberships are available now. Each membershipwill be valid for the term of one year.A NASPL Associate Membership application is open to a supplier or prospective supplier of goodsand/or services provided to a government-sanctioned lottery operator. All applications must besubmitted for final approval by the NASPL Executive Committee. NASPL reserves the sole right toaccept or reject any applicant.

Definition of Associate Members:A Vendor (service) organization who offers equipment, supplies, services and other products topublic state, national or provincial lotteries in North America or government-sanctioned lotteryorganizations outside of North America. It may also include sub contractors that provide servicesto the vendors within the gaming industry. Associate members are admitted after submitting anAssociate Membership Application, an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Executive Committee,execution of an Associate Member Agreement and payment of the agreement fees.Evaluation Criteria:1. An application form must be completed in its entirety.2. The organization submitting an application must have the support of at least one member of NASPL.3. The organization submitting the application must provide a list of products and/or services, which arerelevant to the Gaming Industry, as per the application.4. The organization submitting the application must have a minimum of two (2) full-time employeeswhose work is dedicated to providing products and/or services to the Gaming Industry.5. The organization submitting the application must operate within the current legal guidelines as theyapply to the Gaming Industry.6. The organization submitting the application must agree that only one individual representing the specificorganization may participate in the activities of Associate Memberships.7. The organization submitting the application must agree that Associate Members are not eligible tovote, to chair standing committees or to hold elective office.8. The organization submitting the application must agree that the Associate Membership is non-transferable;however, the individual representing the organization as the Associate Member can change asnecessary, and the Associate Membership may transfer if a company is sold.9. The organization submitting the application must agree that the decision to approve or deny a specificorganization’s Associate Membership application rests solely with the NASPL Executive Committee andthat the decisions are final.10. NASPL reserves the right to refuse to grant or to terminate Associate Membership status of an organizationthat is or has engaged in behavior that the Executive Committee deems unlawful, unethical, ordetrimental to the Association, and the Gaming Industry.NASPL is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and contractor.

Levels of ParticipationLevel I ($80,000)Level One Associate Members are encouraged to participate at all levels of the NASPL organization. Premium advertisingopportunities include visibility on the NASPL website, full-page ads within the online and printed (4 issues) versionof Lottery Insights, and other additional publications. Benefits also include complimentary registrations to the LotteryLeadership Institute and Professional Development Seminars, an invitation to participate in the Spring DirectorsMeeting Vendor Dialogue, and speaking inclusions. The associate membership culminates at the 2012 World LotterySummit in Montreal, Québec. This combined event between NASPL and the WLA only happens once every five years.Level II ($30,000)Level Two Associate Memberships offer advertising opportunities including visibility on the NASPL website, six fullpageads within the online and printed (4 issues) version of Lottery Insights, and other additional publications. Benefitsalso include complimentary registrations to the Lottery Leadership Institute and Professional DevelopmentSeminars, an invitation to participate in the Spring Directors Meeting Vendor Dialogue, and speaking inclusions. Thisassociate membership also culminates at the 2012 World Lottery Summit in Montreal, Québec. This combined eventbetween NASPL and the WLA only happens once every five years.Level III ($15,000)Level Three Associate Memberships offer advertising opportunities including visibility on the NASPL website scroll andsix half-page ads within the online and printed (4 issues) version of Lottery Insights. Benefits also include complimentaryregistrations to the Lottery Leadership Institute and Professional Development Seminars. This associate membershipalso culminates at the 2012 World Lottery Summit in Montreal, Québec.
