She is the co-author<strong>of</strong> the textbook “PeriodontalInstrumentation” withher husband, Gordon Pattison,DDS, which is usedin dental hygiene and dentalschools in North Americaand abroad. Root planing exercises and root morphology review on extracted teeth, andsextant by sextant hands-on instrumentation on typodonts with accurate root anatomy andperiodontal defects are highlights <strong>of</strong> the course.
