Engineer (IE) --- 04xii) Jr. Accounts Officers -- 04xiii) Junior Mining Engineer Trainees --- 46xiv) Overmen --- 19xv) Surveyor Trainees --- 19xvi) Sub-Overseer Trainees --- 41----------------Total 298----------------5.2 Phase-I & II Training for Executive Trainees:5.2.1 All the Executive & Supervisory Trainees (except Welfare Officer Trainees) areimparted training in two phases i.e., Phase-I & II. During the Phase-I Training (i.e.for a period of Six Months), they will be given theory inputs and undergo the fieldtraining on rotational basis at different mines & departments for learning all theactivities. In Phase-II, on-the-job training is given.5.2.2 At the end of each Phase, Departmental Test is conducted. This includes writtentest, viva and assessment reports given by the Heads of the Departments. Aftersuccessful completion in Phase-II test, they will be regularised and posted todifferent Mines/Depts., as per the vacancy position.
