Family members and other household pets may be asked toattend appointments.• We encourage the referring veterinarian to provide a summary of existingmedical problems, their current treatment, and treatment prescribed for thebehavior problem.• Initial appointments last about two to three hours. A detailed written summary ofrecommendations is mailed to the client and referring DVM after theappointment.• Follow-up is usually provided via phone calls or emails.
