Candidate expected to be flexible toattend community events early evening and occasional weekends<strong>Job</strong> Purpose:To contribute towards the delivery of the company responsibilitiesand commitment to employees, communities and our supplychain.Key <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:1. To co-ordinate information provided to the Head of CSR2. To maintain and update CSR information on the company website, intranet and ERPsystem.3. To update and keep accurate records of charity partnerships within the ConwayFoundation and assist with the co-ordination of charity events4. To assist in preparing internal and external communications, including assisting inmarketing with design layouts for company literature.5. To organise and support CSR meetings, taking minutes where necessary.6. To co-ordinate internal and external events promoting CSR and engagement withemployees, our supply chain and stakeholders.7. To provide administrative support to the Conway Academy incorporating the trainingplans, budgets and external grant funding agencies.8. To provide all CSR statistics and reporting required by the business for either internalor external purposes.9. To assist with the company’s work experience, trainees and development schemes.10. To undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as required by the business.11. To act in accordance with company policies and procedures, particularly withreference to our Equality and Diversity policies, procedures and practices.12.
