The focus will be increasedproficiency and endurance of front crawl, butterfly, sidestroke andelementary backstroke.Level S-4 – Stroke ImprovementLevel 4 introduces breaststroke, rotary kick, sculling and survivalfloat. The focus will be increased proficiency and endurance of frontcrawl, back crawl, butterfly, elementary backstroke, breaststroke andtreading water.Level S-5 – Stroke RefinementLevel 5 introduces flip turns, sidestroke, survival swimming, longshallow dives and tuck and pike surface dives.
