The development is considered to be acceptable on its planning merits asthe proposal seeks to compliment the existing golfing facilities and will have noadverse landscape or biodiversity impact. As such the proposal is in accordancewith Policies TSR2 and NRM5 of the South East Plan 2009 and Policies C1, C2, C7and C14 of the adopted Cherwell Local Plan.
