For further information or to obtain approvalcontact Natural Engl<strong>and</strong> on 01635 268881.SUMMARY OF REASONS FOR THE GRANT OF PLANNING PERMISSION ANDRELEVANT DEVELOPMENT PLAN POLICIESThe Council, as local planning authority, has determined this application inaccordance with the development plan unless material considerations indicatedotherwise. The development is considered to be acceptable on its planning merits asthe proposal seeks to compliment the existing golfing facilities <strong>and</strong> will have noadverse l<strong>and</strong>scape or biodiversity impact. As such the proposal is in accordancewith Policies TSR2 <strong>and</strong> NRM5 of the South East Plan 2009 <strong>and</strong> Policies C1, C2, C7<strong>and</strong> C14 of the adopted Cherwell Local Plan.
