REGISTRATION FEES BEFORE 7/8:CPL Review-ExamAAPL Members: $470Non-members: $570RPL Review and Exam (Day 1 only)AAPL Members: $300PLM/ERM students who are AAPL membersmay attend at no charge, but they MUSTregister prior to the advanced registrationdeadline to avoid the $50 late fee.NOTE: Only AAPL members are eligible tosit for the CPL and RPL exams.Late RegistrationsA $50 late fee will be assessed for allregistrations received at AAPL headquartersafter July 8th.Tuition AssistanceThe AAPL Education Foundation hasestablished a new tuition assistanceprogram that will pay the registration fee forany AAPL member who desires to attend anAAPL operated educational event butcannot do so due to financial limitations. Toreceive assistance, an AAPL member mustsubmit a written request for assistance alongwith the event registration form. The requestmust indicate the reason that assistance isneeded, the years of AAPL membership(minimum two years), and list all otherprograms for which tuition assistance wasapproved (maximum of two events peryear). The names of registrants requestingfinancial assistance will remain confidential.Tuition assistance is available for all AAPLoperated education programs except theannual meeting. This includes all AAPLInstitutes, Seminars, Workshops, and Oiland Gas Land Reviews (CPL/RPL) andexam. Assistance for these programs islimited to two per year. Assistance is alsoavailable for all AAPL on-line programs withno limit to the programs watched. Homestudy programs are eligible for a reducedrate of $25 per courses with a limit of fivecourses per year.Transfers and CancellationsAll requests for transfers and cancellationsmust be made in writing, and all must bemade before the deadline shown below.Individuals may transfer their registration toanother individual for this event at noadditional charge. Transfers to anotherAAPL event may be made for $25 if madeprior to the deadline shown below. After thatdate, no transfers will be accepted.Registrations may be cancelled for a refund,less a $25 administration fee, if made priorto the deadline shown below. After that date,no refunds will be granted. Registrants notentitled to a refund will receive a copy of thewritten materials.AAPL retains cancellation rights. In theunlikely event of cancellation, AAPL willattempt to notify all pre-registrants.The deadline for transfers andcancellations is 3:00 p.m. on Monday,July 8, 2013. After that date, the CPLregistration fees are $520 for AAPLmembers, and $620 for non-members.
