Dress for Practice• Always come prepared to go outside.• All players must wear a hat.Shirts/Sweatshirts – Red, Black, Grey, or White with <strong>Central</strong>,<strong>Central</strong> Baseball, or blank.• Shirts/Sweatshirts• Pants – Black, grey, or white baseball pants or sweatpants.• Shoes – Spikes and sneakers or turf shoes.• All other baseball related equipment.Criteria does not pertain to Freshmen or Try-outs.

Athletesand teams are subject to NJSIAA mandated suspensionsfrom contests as a result of disqualification.Athletes should know that they may be subject toadditional school mandated or recommended penaltiesfor unsportsmanlike behavior (regardless of time of season).Such penalties to include, but not limited to, suspensionfrom contests, expulsion for the team and denial of ateam letter.

Injuries and Athletic Training Services• Team Athletic Trainer – Karen “Doc” Manfre• Report all injuries directly to a coach ASAP. . Injuries are a part ofathletics – do not hide an injury.• Do not encourage players not to “tough it out”.• See Doc before or after practice to make her aware of an injuryASAP.• Do not allow minor injuries to turn into extended or season endingnginjuries.• Any time a player sees a private physician, they must have writtenclearance on file with Doc before he can participate again.
