This unique, verticallyintegratedbusiness model seesCLV develop and manage theproperty for an agreed term, beforetransferring ownership to thepartnering institution. The BOOTscheme offers institutions the benefitof a secure, long-term relationshipand single point of accountabilitywith one entity over the life of theagreement. At the end of the term,the property is handed back in anagreed operational condition.We are happy to workwith both on and off-campus ventures.Where off-site we prefer locationsthat are in close proximity tothe campus.In our managementcontract arrangements, it is keythat our partners understand andare supportive of our residential lifephilosophy and have a desireto engage with us over the long term.This ensures we can deliver the bestresults for both property ownersand residents, build effectiverelationships and networks,and establish a positive reputationfor each site.As part of new developments,we often take on the institution’sexisting housing assets. Our comprehensiveoperations manuals and online GlobalOperating Management System(GOMS) ensure new staff have accessto CLV operations expertise and risksare minimised. CLV sends currentstaff to each new location to assist withtraining , change managementand communication to residents.
