The techniques presented arepractical and effective and broadly follow the skills taught to the Policein the UK. Therefore, providing you follow these approved techniquesand use them in line with the Use of Force Continuum, your actionswill be court defensible.We do not authorise or train independent trainers, therefore yourtrainers will be directly employed by Niton Training. On average, ourtrainers have twenty years plus of Law Enforcement experience todraw upon when they are instructing you. Two trainers are always inattendance on our courses.This course seeks to develop the candidate’s skill level to achieveconfidence and competence in the basic techniques. The developmentof psychomotor skills and the methods used to handcuff a person fromvarious control holds.
