ANNEX:INFORMATION TO THE CONSULTING FIRMGeneral Information• Purpose of inviting the EOI:The main purpose shall short-list suitable consulting firmsfor:1. Detailed survey and design of Seti Lok Marga (Ch27+000 to ch 125+000, Tikapur – Lode – Sanfebagar)and (Ch 4+000 to ch 15+000, Durgauli – BauniyaMRM).So that proposals could be invited from them only.However, the client may extend the short-list to includeadditional relevant consulting firms which are capable ofgiving the desired output.A firm may submit an EOI for the work either individually oras a member of a joint venture.• Minimum eligibility of the firm:• Deadline for submission of EOI:• Number of copies to be submitted:• Joint Venture:• Duration for survey and design:• Information from the Client:Registered civil engineering consulting firm, registered atVAT office15 days from the date of publication of the Invitation noticefor EOIoneA firm may apply to be short-listed alone or in joint venturewith other firms. However once short-listed, JV partners areunchangeable.The survey and design work shall be completed within fourmonths from the date of signing of the contract.The shortlist shall be published on the Client’s notice board,at the web-site: www.dor.gov.np within a week from thelast date of submission of the EOI.
