10PTO Eventa Hit withTrivia BuffsMcAuley Center Gym wasthe place to be the night of March 3 rd .More than 130 people showed up to exercise their brains and support MSM,competing as teams at the second annual MSM PTO Trivia Night. A majority of theteams came prepared with costumes, snacks and themed table decorations.The team with the most elaborate decorations won a prize. This year the winnerwas “An evening in Maine” complete with lighted lanterns, clam chowder andlobster biscuits. “It was another fun event with great participation,” said KathyRinchuso, the chair of the event. “In attendance we had alums, parents, teachersand staff, past parents, future parents and friends. The competition was greatand the winning team, correctly named “The Winners”, only won by one point!We will definitely do this again next year.” The event brought in about $3,500 forMSM’s Dinner Belles, which is used for teachers’ salaries, tuition assistance andtechnology upgrades.
