Compassionate consideration for unexpected misfortune. Exceptional circumstances beyond yourcontrol which prevent you from sitting an examination, or which seriously impair either yourexamination preparation or your examination performance, can be taken into account if suitableevidence is available.For aegrotat consideration, you must see a registered medical doctor and preferably the UniversityHealth Centre on the day <strong>of</strong> the examination if possible, while you are still unwell. If your examinationpreparation is seriously impaired, see a registered medical doctor within the fortnight before theexamination.
