Locate engine and transmission in the frame to their proper location. This can be done by using TCI's bolt-on motor mounts (#909-7000-00).2. Bolt on the tubular transmission cross member onto the transmission as shown on the illustration3. Locate the frame brackets on the inside, upper edge of the frame as shown on illustration. Make sure that both brackets are symmetrical (samedistance from the front axle centerline) and aligned with the tubular cross member4. Mark the holes on the side of the frame through the 2 holes for bolt #3, center punch and drill to 5/16"5. Bolt on the frame brackets to the inside of the frame by using the 4 self-tapping bolts. Start the bolts slowly and square while applyingpressure when turning. Tighten the 4 bolts completely6. Bolt on the tubular cross member onto the frame brackets using the standard hex head bolts, washer and locknut.
