No bat may exceed 1.20performance level. Again, all titanium, multiple wall, multiplepiece bats are banned. If you are not sure, please check withthe league director or the umpire before using/unwrappingthe bat. Any other bat not listed on the ASA approved bat listis not permitted within the City of Oxnard. Check our list atoxnardrec.org/adultsports. Players using a banned bat willbe ejected from that game and the next league game. Refer tobanned bat list for the latest updated information.2013 - SCMAF Men/Coed Softball QualifiersThe City of Oxnard Recreation & <strong>Community</strong> Service will hostthe Southern California Municipal Athletic Federation (SCMAF)men& coed softball tournaments. The tournaments willqualify participating team’s advancement to SCMAF FederationFinals. The <strong>Community</strong> Center <strong>We</strong>st Softball Complex willhost the qualifying round robin “Recreation” and “E” Divisiontournaments. The tournaments are open to all registered teamsin a SCMAF sanctioned league. The entry fee is $225.00 plus $13per game umpire fees. The top two teams in each division willreceive individual awards and qualify for the Summer SCMAFFederation Divisional.
