SMOKE VENTILATION WINDOW SYSTEMSFAKSV1 FAKSV2 FSPSmoke Ventilation Roof Windows (EN12101 2:2003) are electronically operated and activated by a smoke sensor built intothe control unit. A signal from the sensor triggers automatic operation of the motor, while the window sash protects theroof opening against the effects of a strong lateral wind. The most commonly used Smoke Ventilation Roof Windows are ofCentre Pivot operation with laminated glazing. Either a single FTP-V L3 size 10 window (FAKSV1) or two smaller size 7 FTP-V L3windows (FAKSV2) can be purchased.
