TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FUNCTION BOOKINGS- 2013 / 2014Function prices are quoted at the time of inquiry. Changes may occur given seasonalchanges or extra inclusions.BookingsBookings can only be confirmed after the booking form is signed, credit card authorisationgiven and non-refundable deposit paid. The right to cancel your function if paymentconditions are not met is reserved. Receipt of your deposit confirms your acceptance of allthe terms and conditions herein.PaymentFifty percent of the confirmed function minimum spend is required one hundred and eightydays before the function with the balance payment required no later than seven days beforethe function. Any extra costs of the function including beverages, clean up and breakagesare payable upon invoice at the end of the function.
