Any legal person, including persons employed by the State, or personswho act on behalf of the State or persons having a kinship with personsemployed by the State, including a blood relationship, may make relatingan offer/s in terms of this tender invitation. In view of possible allegationsof favouritism, should the resulting tender or part thereof, be awarded topersons who act on behalf of the State to persons connected with orrelated to them.
