NUDC Co-Chairs <strong>the</strong> Geo-IM Work Group on behalf <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Office</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><strong>Prime</strong> <strong>Minister</strong>.Peace Recovery and Development Plan (PRDP) Technical Working Group (TWG)<strong>The</strong> PRDP TWG is in charge <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> coordination <strong>of</strong> all actors involved in <strong>the</strong> PRDPprocess, as well as that <strong>of</strong> and between <strong>the</strong> aforementioned special programmes. PRDP TWGensures that activities under <strong>the</strong> programmes do not overlap and that <strong>the</strong>y adhere inimplementation to <strong>the</strong> PRDP’s framework design and government policy.<strong>The</strong> Karamoja Integrated Disarmament and Development Plan (KIDDP) Technical WorkGroup (TWG)<strong>The</strong> KIDDP TWG is composed <strong>of</strong> technical representatives from sectors, lineministries, development partners, local and international NGOs. <strong>The</strong> Technical Working Groupis primarily in charge <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> coordination <strong>of</strong> all actors involved in <strong>the</strong> KIDDP process, ensuresthat activities do not overlap and that <strong>the</strong>y adhere in implementation to <strong>the</strong> KIDDP’sframework design and government policy.<strong>The</strong> <strong>Center</strong> makes vivid attempts to maximize its operations through <strong>the</strong>aforementioned Work Groups by playing leading coordination rolesin <strong>the</strong> conduct regularmeetings, and through established electronic communications mechanisms that support sharing<strong>of</strong> information, documents and experiences.THE NUDC TEAM
Kenneth BAGARUKAYO serves as <strong>the</strong> Programme Manager <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Nor<strong>the</strong>rn</strong> <strong>Uganda</strong> <strong>Data</strong><strong>Center</strong> (NUDC). He joined NUDC in January 2011 after over seven years <strong>of</strong> service withinboth <strong>the</strong> Government and Private Sector in areas <strong>of</strong> ICT, GIS and General Management.Kenneth holds M.Sc. Computer Science, MBA (Strategic Planning) and a B. Stat Degree. Healso holds various Certifications in <strong>the</strong> fields <strong>of</strong> Computing and GIS. Douglas also served with Lira District LocalGovernment as Senior Information Scientist and as Information Management Specialist in <strong>the</strong>Department <strong>of</strong> Disaster Preparedness within <strong>the</strong> <strong>Office</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Prime</strong> <strong>Minister</strong>. Arthur possesses a rich background in GeospatialInformation Management, Surveys and Mapping, <strong>Data</strong>base Management and computingin general. He is qualified as a Statistician with aspecialty in Monitoring and Evaluation. He has participated in several baseline, monitoring andevaluation survival surveys and studies.
