Project foundation 33PROJECT DELIVERABLESThe project team will create deliverables during each project phase. These deliverableswill initially be developed in draft form <strong>to</strong> allow for the COMPANY’s review and approvalof assumptions, findings, conclusions, and recommended actions before the issuanceof final reports. The timely review and approval of all deliverables, usually within 10business days, is a key component in ensuring the project team’s ability <strong>to</strong> achieveproject time schedules. This approval process also ensures that the COMPANY assumesthe ownership of the planning process. Our project deliverables are as follows:Phase I: <strong>Business</strong> Impact AnalysisConsulting Firm Name will produce a <strong>Business</strong> Impact Analysis Report which willinclude:● a prioritized listing of the COMPANY’s critical functions and the timeframe inwhich each should be recovered;● estimated operational and financial impacts;● minimum resource requirements <strong>to</strong> continue critical functions; and● additional risk mitigation techniques.Phase II: Strategy Evaluation and SelectionThe primary deliverable from this phase will be a detailed strategy evaluation. Wewill present recovery strategy options for selection by senior management.Using this information, you can make decisions about resource allocation for theCOMPANY’s business continuity program. The current capabilities, as well as anyalternate strategies implemented from the strategy selection, will then be incorporatedin<strong>to</strong> the business continuation planning of the next phase.Phase III: <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Continuity</strong> Plan Documentation● Consulting Firm Name will work closely with COMPANY staff <strong>to</strong> develop effectiverecovery procedures and tasks.● Teams consisting of COMPANY management will be assembled and trained inrecovery procedures.● Critical data such as Staff Lists and Vendor lists will be gathered and assembledfor use in the Plan.All reports and deliverables relating <strong>to</strong> this project will be for the use of the COM-PANY management and cannot be distributed <strong>to</strong> any third parties without the priorwritten consent of Consulting Firm Name.Project Timing and FeesTo achieve the COMPANY’s objective of a documented <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Continuity</strong> Plan bythe target dates, Consulting Firm Name proposes <strong>to</strong> perform these services commencingon Month Day, 2001 for an estimated fee of $ ,000, excluding reasonableout-of-pocket expenses.
