Statute changes for the 2011 legislative session willbe considered. Since a permit owner may not be exempt from the <strong>Engineers</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Architects</strong> Act, the<strong>Board</strong> would like to create an atmosphere <strong>of</strong> teamwork with Code <strong>of</strong>ficials for non-compliant practicebecause <strong>of</strong> health <strong>and</strong> safety issues.
