Join the eMobility Revolution!Electric cars will contribute considerably to France’s goal to reduce CO2 emissions by 75 percent until 2050 ascompared with 1990. Considering the initially high prices for electric cars, the country itself is stimulating the demand.Authorities, municipalities and state-owned groups are supposed to purchase a total of 100,000 electric vehicles by2015. Incentives have also been made for corporate fleets. The purchase of an electric vehicle is entirely tax-free. Toencourage private customers to purchase a new electric car, Paris is prolonging its "super environment premium" ofEUR 5,000 that buyers receive when buying a new such car. In addition, the state is also subsidizing the constructionof battery and electric car factories. By 2015, a nationwide system with one million charging stations will have beenestablished, 90 percent of which will be located in private buildings or companies. Paris will invest 1.5 billion Euros inthe infrastructure required for this e-revolution. France, the country of upcoming electric mobility, will embark on thisnew successful way. Electric mobility will establish new prospects for future business activities for automobile manufacturers, suppliers and the energy business – from the establishment of a suitable infrastructure to production andfinally the recharging of battery-powered vehicles.StructureConferenceElectric vehiclesDrive and motor techniqueEnergy storage technologyEngineeringand subcontractingEnergy and infrastructureFinanceMaintenance and parts3 rd International Conferencefor individual electric MobilityEventsTest Parcours for Electric VehiclesNight of eMotion
