Aus SIT-ALAT (Système d‘Informations Terminal de l‘Aviation Légère de
l‘Armée de Terre) wird MICCATAC – dahinter verbirgt sich all unser Knowhow
komprimiert in einem konsequent perfektionierten Kommunikationssystem.
Die taktischen Schritte Navigation, Command und Control werden in digitalisierter
Form im mehrstufigen Regelkreis verknüpft und stehen allen am Manöver
beteiligten Kräften in der Luft und zu Land in Echtzeit ohne Zeitverzögerung zur
Verfügung. Alle Entscheidungen und Aktionen basieren auf derselben Information.
Alle Einheiten und die Führung sind permanent auf aktuellem Stand über
Lage- und Gefechtsentwicklung. Die vernetzte Verbindung mit dem Leitstand
garantiert optimal konzertierte Operationen im Verbund. Das System eignet
sich für den militärischen Einsatz – genauso wie für den Einsatz in zivilen oder
paramilitärischen Missionen im Flottenverbund.
Die präzise Ortung aller Verbündeten durch ein Gateway zu Link 16 sorgt für
höchste Transparenz in Luft-Luft- oder Boden-Luft-Situationen. Eine Koppelung
mit thermischen Kamerasystemen und/oder anderen Sensoren ermöglicht die
gezielte Observierung und das koordinierte Weiterleiten einzelner Objekte sowie
Order und Berichte.
Multi-kompatibel und individuell konfi gurierbar
Unsere MICCATAC-Systeme sind kompatibel mit Gazelle und Cougar/Puma.
Die Software wird in den Rechner des Systems integriert. Die Hardware besteht
aus Mikroprozessoren der neuesten Generation mit DVI-Output, MPEG-Beschleunigung
und leistungsfähigen Flash Hard Drives. Sie verfügt über eine
große Bandbreite an Schnittstellen wie ARINC 429/407, RS 422/ 232,
STANGAG 3350 etc. … sowie USB 2.0- und Ethernet-Schnittstellen für den
Empfang und die Bearbeitung von Informationen externer Datenquellen. Das
System lässt sich nach individuellen Vorgaben und Definitionen konfigurieren
und wird so zum maßgeschneiderten Command- und Control-System.
Hoher Bedienkomfort reduziert Stress in kritischen Situationen
Das 3-D-Map-Rendering-System visualisiert auf der Basis aller verfügbaren
Informationen Oberflächenstrukturen in Echtzeit und vermittelt eine realistische
Einschätzung des Terrains und aller damit verbundenen taktischen Möglichkeiten.
Gefahrenzonen und Hindernisse werden erkannt und farblich markant
dargestellt. Taktische Informationen sind als Overlay einblendbar. Der Benutzer
ist zu jedem Zeitpunkt über alle Details inklusive der Positionen aller beteiligten
Kräfte im Bilde.

Synchronized missions of helicopters in best coordination – in real time
100% transparency for successful missions
SIT-ALAT (Système d‘Informations Terminal de l‘Aviation Légère de l‘Armée
de Terre) will evolve to MICCATAC – concentrating all our know how in a well
optimized communication system. The tactical steps Navigation, Command & Control
are digitally connected by multi stage control loops and can be used by all involved
forces of the mission – either on ground and/or in air. All information are transmitted
in quasi real time with liminal delay. All decisions and operations are based on the
same information – missions with one version of the truth. All mission members including
the leaders are permanently actualized about the situation and development
of the battlefi eld. Networked connections with the command platform guarantee
optimized concentrated operations within the group. The system is capable to
be used in military missions as well as in civil and/or paramilitary missions with
multi staged groups.
Precise detection of all members with a gateway to Link 16 produces highest
transparency for Air-Air or Air-ground operations. Interfaces with thermal cameras
or other sensors allow target oriented observation and well coordinated forwarding
of objects, orders or reports.
Multi-compatibility and individual-confi gurability
Our MICCATAC systems are compatible with Gazelle and Cougar/Puma.
The software will be installed on the hardware of the system. The hardware is build
with the newest generation of micro processors with DVI-Output, MPEG-acceleration
and high performing Flash Hard Drives. It is equipped with a broad range of
interfaces like ARINC 429/407, RS 422/ 232, STANGAG 3350 etc... as well as USB
2.0- and Ethernet-interfaces for information reception and processing coming from
external. The system can be confi gured according to individual targets and defi nitions
and therefore evolves to a customized Command- und Control-System.
High user convenience for stress reduction in critical situations
Our 3-D-Map-Rendering-System visualizes surfaces in quasi real time and
conveys a realistic assessment of the terrain and all interrelated tactical
possibilities. Threats and obstacles are detected and highlighted or colored.
Tactical information can be overlaid. The user is always informed about all details
that means including the positions of all members of the mission.

EuroAvionics Navigationssysteme GmbH & Co. KG mit dem französischen
Verteidigungsministerium – und der Name eines neuen Teilnehmers am

Systems bis in die heutige 5. Generation mit einer breiten Palette an verbesserten
Features wie 2.5D-Engine, Customizing von Landkarten, Visualisierung
von Gefahrenzonen, umfangreiche Zoomfunktionen etc. …
… 2002: Auf der Basis dieser stetig wachsenden Erfahrung gewann
EuroAvionics die Ausschreibung des französischen Verteidigungsminsteriums
zur Entwicklung, Herstellung und Integration eines Taktischen Mission-
Management-Systems (SIT-ALAT) und einer im Flug benutzbaren Führungsanlage
(HM-PC) für den Heeresfl ieger-Einsatz. Der Auftrag brachte der Firma
den Durchbruch zum Technologieführer auf dem Feld der Hard- und Software-
Entwicklung für Helikopter als taktische Command- and Controlsysteme.

… entsteht nun aus der EuroAvionics die MICCAVIONICS, die sich auf
Problemlösungen für integrierte taktische Mission-Management-Systeme

Miccavionics is the result of a long lasting fruitful cooperation between
EuroAvionics Navigationssysteme GmbH & Co. KG and the French
ministry of defense and the name of a new member in the young market
for integrated tactical Mission-Management-Systems.
But let us start from the very fi rst beginning …
… 1993: foundation of EuroAvionics as a sales company for GPS-systems …
… 1995: Beginning of our own production of navigation systems:
EuroNav I …
… 1997: Completion of the fi rst marketable version and start of serial
production. Permanent development of the system up to the actual
5. generation with a broad range of enhanced features as for example
2.5D-Engine, map customizing, threat visibility, extensive zoom etc. …
… 2002: Based on this steadily growing experience EuroAvionics won
the tender of the french ministry of denfese for development, production
and integration of a tactical Mission-Management-System (SIT-ALAT)
and of a command and control station capable to be used during fl ight
(HM-PC) for the army aviation. By this contract EuroAvionics evolved to
the technology leader for development of hardware and software for helicopter
as tactical Command- and Control-systems. The cooperation
of trust is active until today and therefore …
… MICCAVIONICS is evolving out of EuroAvionics, will concentrate on
solutions for integrated tactical Mission-Management-Systems and will
contribute professional expertise in considering special requirements
resulting from defense missions based on helicopter technology.
