The funding resourcesfor all the actions will be requested by non-disposed NSRF budget, corresponding to 2,4% ofthe NSRF total budget (14 B€).To support these actions, an analytical plan has to be undertaken by MA in order toapply this policy with the right way (i.e. implementation of an effective allocation scheme ofthe saving funds from the natural gas taxation to each action and sub-action).Assigning qualified personnel to prepare a detailed business plan per task in associationwith an installation cost analysis for the expected number of GSHP systems to beinstalled per year over the period 2013 - 2020.25
