The fund<strong>in</strong>g resourcesfor all the actions will be requested by non-disposed NSRF budget, correspond<strong>in</strong>g to 2,4% ofthe NSRF total budget (14 B€).To support these actions, an analytical plan has to be undertaken by MA <strong>in</strong> order toapply this policy with the right way (i.e. implementation of an effective allocation scheme ofthe sav<strong>in</strong>g funds from the natural gas taxation to each action and sub-action).Assign<strong>in</strong>g qualified personnel to prepare a detailed bus<strong>in</strong>ess plan per task <strong>in</strong> associationwith an <strong>in</strong>stallation cost analysis for the expected number of <strong>GSHP</strong> systems to be<strong>in</strong>stalled per year over the period 2013 - 2020.25
