There is adequate land to cater for expected growth.− The area to be rezoned to Township Zone is currently within the Farming Zone. Lots aregenerally used for conventional residential purposes, and as such the Township Zonebetter reflects current subdivision patterns and land uses than the Farming Zone.− Land proposed to be included in the Restructure Overlay is currently within the FarmingZone and appears to be developed with an orchard and a parking shed.
