Dear Student,Sub: - <strong>Grant</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Extension</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>attempting</strong> <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Examination</strong>/s & <strong>Online</strong> Assignment/s<strong>for</strong> 2005 batch Students.The program registration validity period <strong>of</strong> students enrolled in 2005 is over. However, w.e.f.13 th July 2010, an exclusive extension <strong>for</strong> <strong>attempting</strong> pending online examinations & onlineassignments has been given to 2005 batch students, which is as follows :-For Appearing <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Examination</strong>/s1) Students can download exam <strong>for</strong>m from 14 th July 20102) Students can appear <strong>for</strong> their online examinations up to 28 th Sept 2010.3) <strong>Online</strong> examination/s can be taken only on 26 th , 27 th & 28 th <strong>of</strong> every month. (<strong>Online</strong>examinations can not be taken between 1 st to 25 th <strong>of</strong> any month. )4) To avail slot booking <strong>for</strong> 26 th , 27 th & 28 th <strong>of</strong> any month, online examination<strong>for</strong>m/s must reach <strong>SCDL</strong> till 18 th <strong>of</strong> same month up to 2.00 p.m. only.5) Exam Form/s received after 18 th <strong>of</strong> every month, slot booking will be released in the 1 stweek <strong>of</strong> next month.6) For the students, whose duly filled exam <strong>for</strong>ms has received on 18 th <strong>of</strong> everymonth (up to 2.00 p.m. only) to <strong>SCDL</strong>, the exam slot booking will be available up to23 rd <strong>of</strong> same month i.e. students whose exam details have been processed in thesystem on or be<strong>for</strong>e 18 th <strong>of</strong> every month, can book their exam slots on or be<strong>for</strong>e23 rd <strong>of</strong> same month to appear in the online examination between 26 th , 27 th & 28 th <strong>of</strong>same month. (The exam slot booking will not be carry <strong>for</strong>ward to nextmonth, if student does not book the exam slot, even after exam <strong>for</strong>m has beenprocessed & slot booking has been released, in previous month.)7) For the exam <strong>for</strong>ms received & processed at <strong>SCDL</strong> on or be<strong>for</strong>e 18 th <strong>of</strong> any month(Up to 2.00 p.m.), the Slot booking will be available up to 23 rd <strong>of</strong> same month & slotbooking validity will remain <strong>for</strong> 26 th , 27 th & 28 th <strong>of</strong> same month only. If studentremains absent, after the slot booking done or does not book the slot though slotsbooking access given, then all such students is required to re-pay the exam feesonce again to re- appear in the exam within next consecutive months.8) <strong>Online</strong> exam result will be declared on 7 th <strong>of</strong> every month. Only after the OfficialDeclaration <strong>of</strong> exam result, students can send duly filled online exam <strong>for</strong>m <strong>for</strong>failed subjects till 18 th <strong>of</strong> same month up to 2.00 p.m. only. The slot booking can bedone up to 23 rd <strong>of</strong> same month & online examinations can be attempted within 26 th27 th & 28 th <strong>of</strong> same month.No further extension will be given to any student to appear online examinations,after 28 th Sept 2010.
For Attempting <strong>Online</strong> Assignment/s1) Students can attempt their online assignments up to 30 th Sept 2010.2) <strong>Online</strong> assignment/s can be taken through out the week.3) Students are required to complete / attempt their pending assignments onor be<strong>for</strong>e 30 th Sept 2010. No queries related to submission <strong>of</strong> assignmentsdue to technical / server problem will be entertained after the said due date.No further extension will be given to any student to submit online assignmentsafter 30 th Sept 2010.There will not be any further extension <strong>for</strong> completion <strong>of</strong> program i.e. to appearpending online examination/s or attempt pending online assignment/s, after theabove mentioned due dates.Regards,Evaluation Department<strong>SCDL</strong>, Pune
