Thestrength of TMG’s brand enables it to consistently pre-sell theresidential units in each of its projects in advance of construction,attract major commercial and retail tenants, procure sites forfurther development projects, and secure arrangements for financingwith leading local banks.The leader of community complexes developmentTMG was the first to identify the huge unmet demand and thelack of integrated modern communities in Egypt to cater to therising middle and upper classes and meet all of their lifestyleneeds by providing facilities and services on site.
