4. Must have a minimum of five years relevant experience providing reinsurance relatedadministrative services and/or actuarial consulting services. A Respondent may submit aresponse only for those services the Respondent seeks to provide where the minimumexperience requirement has been met.5. If Respondent seeks to provide Administrative Services, the Respondent mustdemonstrate its ability to review and interpret policy coverages on personal residentialpolicies, commercial residential policies, mobile home policies, farmowners policies, andany other covered policies as defined in Section 215.555, Florida Statutes.6. If Respondent seeks to provide Administrative Services, the Respondent mustdemonstrate its capabilities and experience in evaluating property losses in comparison toproperty coverages provided under individual property policies.7. If Respondent seeks to provide Actuarial Consulting Services, the Respondent must havea minimum of five years of relevant experience developing rates and providing valuationof property claims and losses.8. If Respondent seeks to provide Actuarial Consulting Services, the primary individualsdirectly assigned to provide these services to the FHCF must be a member of theCasualty Actuarial Society.6
