3DEVELOPMENTS DURING THE PERIODCorporate Governance Rating RevisionOn July 1, 2011, SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. (SAHA), one ofthe companies which is certified by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) on CorporateGovernance Rating, has revised Corporate Governance Rating of CCI to 8.50 from 8.43, out ofa maximum of 10.00.According to the Principles issued by the CMB, the Corporate Governance Rating isdetermined by taking the weighted average of four headings which are given below:Main Sections Weight RatingShareholders 25% 80.32Public Disclosure & Transparency 35% 95.27Stakeholders 15% 96.43Board of Directors 25% 68.28TOTAL 100% 84.96CCI’s revised corporate governance rating was determined by taking into account itscommitment to apply corporate governance principles, its willingness to manage this processdynamically and continuously, and finally the improvements recognized after the publication ofthe previous rating report.A copy of the Rating Report is available on CCI’s corporate web site at www.cci.com.trCORPORATE GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES COMPLIANCE REPORTThe Corporate Governance Compliance Report is updated and published as a part of theannual report each year.
