<strong>Return</strong> <strong>Terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Conditions</strong>RETURN POLICY FOR DEALER EVALUATION KITSIf merch<strong>and</strong>ise does not meet expectations, it may, within thirty (30) days of purchase,return merch<strong>and</strong>ise in its original packing provided the merch<strong>and</strong>ise is in resalablecondition with all parts <strong>and</strong> accessories.A refund of the full purchase prices minus shipping & h<strong>and</strong>ling fees will be processedafter the merch<strong>and</strong>ise is received <strong>and</strong> assessed. If merch<strong>and</strong>ise is returned in nonresalablecondition or missing any part(s), merch<strong>and</strong>ise may be refused or a restockingfee may be imposed, at <strong>EnGenius</strong>’ sole discretion.Customer is responsible for all costs of returning the equipment, including: shipping &h<strong>and</strong>ling costs.Evaluation kits purchased over thirty (30) days prior to RMA being issued or notreceived within forty-five (45) days of purchase date will not be accepted.Please call our customer service dept. at 888-735-7888 for a return authorizationnumber (RMA#) within 30 days of the purchase date for return instructions.Allow up to 4 - 8 weeks to receive a refund.RETURN POLICY FOR OTHER PRODUCTSSpecial Order merch<strong>and</strong>ise may not be returned.Accessory <strong>and</strong> / or service items may only be returned, in new condition <strong>and</strong> withoriginal packaging, within thirty (30) days of purchase. Accessory <strong>and</strong> service itemshave a ninety (90) day repair warranty.Channel Partners returns are h<strong>and</strong>led in accordance to the <strong>EnGenius</strong> Channel PartnerAgreement.Refunds should be h<strong>and</strong>led directly by place of original purchase; <strong>EnGenius</strong> does notaccept returns for credit or refund for any product not purchased directly from <strong>EnGenius</strong><strong>Technologies</strong>, Inc.Please contact <strong>EnGenius</strong> Customer Service for returns of merch<strong>and</strong>ise for warranty <strong>and</strong>/ or non-warranty repair service at 888-735-7888.1


RMA REPAIR RETURN POLICY FOR END-USER AND RESELLERSPlease call our customer service at 888-735-7888 for return authorization number(RMA#) <strong>and</strong> instructions.The RMA number must be written outside the returned box.RMA’s expire within 30 days of issuance if product is not received within that timeframe.Expired RMA’s will be refused <strong>and</strong> returned to the sender.Be sure to include a dated, proof-of-purchase if seeking warranty repair service.Repair fees will apply to all repairs done on out-of-warranty <strong>and</strong> / or non-warrantyfailures.Customer is responsible for all costs of returning the equipment, including: shipping &h<strong>and</strong>ling costs.<strong>EnGenius</strong> STRONGLY recommends that all RMA equipment be shipped via a trackable<strong>and</strong> insured carrier method.ADVANCE REPLACEMENT RMASAdvance replacement equipment will be charged against a credit card, at the currentMSRP, until the original equipment is received <strong>and</strong> assessed by <strong>EnGenius</strong>, at whichpoint a credit to the credit card will be issued.Contact <strong>EnGenius</strong> to receive a RMA number, instructions <strong>and</strong> fees required for advancereplacement service.Write the RMA# assigned to you on the outside of the return box.Please return the like items received with the advance replacement to: ENGENIUSTECHNOLOGIES, 1580 SCENIC AVENUE, COSTA MESA, CA 92626Write the RMA# assigned to you on the outside of the return box.Advance replacement service will be charged any out-of-warranty or non-warranty feesas-well-as Advance Replacement service fees <strong>and</strong> shipping charges, if applicable.Missing parts will be charged at current MSRP price.2


DISCREPANCIES<strong>EnGenius</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong>, Inc. MUST BE NOTIFIED within NO MORE THAN 2 (TWO)BUSINESS DAYS from the date the order is received at 888-735-7888 or fax 714-432-8667 in the event of any discrepancies in item <strong>and</strong> / or quantity of equipment received.Failure to make such notification would create the presumption that the shipment(s)correct.3
