handlebar riser, which is milled from a single piece of metal, raises
the handlebar by approx. 20 mm which gives a considerably

R 1200 RT security steel cable (2005 - 2009)
Breakaway mirrors on the R 1200 RT are a nice feature to prevent
expensive repairs if the RT accidentally “comes in contact
with a large object”. The steel cable simply prevents the mirror
from falling to the ground, reducing the possibility of further
scratches or damage.
