Heel protector on the rear silencer
BMW F 800 ST
At the end of our first test run on the F 800 ST, we found
ourselves with a melted sole on one of our boots. The boot kept
coming into contact with the hot rear silencer. Not only does
this destroy the sole of the boot, but it also leaves unsightly burn
marks on the silencer.
This is where our heel protector comes in. Its sporty lines emphasise
the character of the bike while at the same time preventing
the boot from coming into contact with the hot silencer.
For pillion as well as rider, of course.
