High gear is intended for use onhard-packed surfaces with light loads.To shift gears, brake to a complete stop. When the engine is idling, move the lever to thedesired gear.NOTICE: Shifting gears with the engine speed above idle or while the vehicle is moving could causetransmission damage. Always shift when the vehicle is stationary and the engine is at idle.Tip: Maintaining shift linkage adjustment is important to assure proper transmission function.
