Completes on time assignments desired by the <strong>Board</strong>.2. Understands the priorities of the <strong>Board</strong>.3. Meets the <strong>Board</strong>’s quality expectations.4. Handles details for the <strong>Board</strong>.5. Responds to special efforts required by the <strong>Board</strong>.6. Responds to the day-to-day priorities determined by the <strong>Board</strong>.7. Assists the <strong>Board</strong> in meeting its goals.8. Understands, appreciates and is sensitive to the entire School District’sculture.9. Modifies personal schedules to meet the needs of the <strong>Board</strong>.10. Demonstrates dedication to the School District’s mission and goals.11. Serves the <strong>Board</strong>, the public, the superintendent and the community.12. Represents the <strong>Board</strong> and the District.13. Signs contracts, agreements, checks, correspondence, documents,minutes and reports, as needed.14. Controls timelines, funds, and deadlines.15. Collects information, opinions, ethics forms, surveys and funds formiscellaneous occasions.16. Develops minutes, announcements, and <strong>Board</strong>-related advertisements.17. Prepares specifications, such as bids and financial reports for the <strong>Board</strong>.18. Coordinates <strong>Board</strong>-related travel, schedules, meetings and conferences.19. Acts as liaison among administration, School <strong>Board</strong>, parent groups,special-interest groups, support personnel and the media via publicrelations.20. Advertises meetings, bids, sales, hearings, and news releases.21. Notifies <strong>Board</strong> members, media, administration and the public.
