DIRECTOR LEGAL (EU-law/REGULATORY) AFFAIRS -COSMETICS EUROPELegal ForcesLegal Forces is part of USG People N.V. and is active in legal interim management andsearch & selection of legal professionals.Our clientOur client, Cosmetics Europe, is the Brussels-based trade association representing theEuropean cosmetic industry.Cosmetics Europe represents 17 companies and 28 national Associations from all overEurope working in the cosmetics industry.Cosmetics Europe employs 25 people in the Brussels office.Currently, Cosmetics Europe is looking for a director legal affairs.Your functionYou will manage the Legal Department of Cosmetics Europe.Your tasks will be broad and challenging. Your focus will be on EU / regulatory law withinthe cosmetics industry.You will provide general legal support to Cosmetics Europe members on issues relevantfor the industry.Furthermore, you will develop and implement legal strategies relevant for the Europeancosmetics industry, in close cooperation with the members.Finally you will contribute to a constructive and pro-active communication on legal issuesbetween the association, the European institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
