Paul and Barnabas may have traveled to Attalia to better find aship going to Antioch of Syria.Acts 14:26-28, From Attalia they sailed back to Antioch, where theyhad been committed to the grace of God for the work they had nowcompleted. On arriving there, they gathered the church togetherand reported all that God had done through them and how he hadopened the door of faith to the Gentiles. And they stayed there along time with the disciples.I.
