Throughreasonable planning of the system, the environmentalmanagement performance is constantly improved.The Company has the perfect employee education andtraining system, in which the newcomers may receive theunified trainings on the knowledge regarding environmentalmanagement and protection during their orientation period.After this, they will have an opportunity of joining variousenvironmental protection activities, together with oldemployees. If employees are transferred to a division closelyrelated with environment, they will also receive correspondingenvironmental education there.The spirit of environment protection is also visible everywherein the operation of the company. For example, a sewagestation extended since September 2008 has been completedin early 2009. The intermediate water provided by thewastewater station may be used for the floor cleaning andgreen land irrigation. By this way, the Company not onlyreduces the wastewater drainage and decreases the influenceon the environment, but also turns the useless into the usefuland improves the use efficiency of water resource. Besides,the Company lists the classification of the garbage as oneof the important environment indexes in the Company. Afterconstant propagation and education, the idea of garbageclassification has been deeply rooted in the hearts of everyonein the Company.
