WARRANTYWhat Your Coverage Includes• Reizen, Inc. Products are warranted from date of purchase against defects inmaterials for a period of one (1) year.• If a product fails to function properly, return it prepaid and properly packaged toReizen, Inc. If the manufacturer determines that a defect of material or inworkmanship exists, the customer's sole remedy will be repair or replacement of theproduct at no charge.• Replacement will be made with a new or re-manufactured product component.• If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar productof equal or greater value.• All parts including repaired and replaced parts are covered only for the originalwarranty period.• The original purchaser of the product must provide proof of purchase to receive thewarranty service.• Reizen, Inc. dealers or retail stores who sell Reizen products do not have the right toalter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.What Your Coverage Does Not IncludeYour Warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any ofthe following:• Negligent use or misuse of the product;• Use on improper voltage or current;• Any use contrary to the operating instructions;• Abuse including tampering, damage in transit or unauthorized repair or alterations;• Acts of God such as fire, flood, hurricanes, thunderstorms and/or tornados etc.• Corrosion and battery leakage into telephone.This warranty gives you specific legal rights that vary from country to country,state to state, province to province, or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.13
