22 EQUIPMENT AND MEASUREMENT CHECKSA boat or equipment may be inspected at any time for compliance with theclass rules and sailing instructions. On the water a boat can be instructed by arace committee equipment inspector or measurer to proceed immediately to adesignated area for inspection.23 ADVERTISINGAccording to the RRS boats shall display advertising supplied by theorganizing authority as provided during registration.24 OFFICIAL BOATSOfficial boats will be marked as follows:Principal Race Officer Flag “PRO”International Jury Flag “Jury”Equipment Inspection Flag “M”<strong>25</strong> SUPPORT BOATS<strong>25</strong>.1 All coach and support boats have to be registered at the race office and shallbe marked with the national flag of the country they represent. They may berequired to display bow numbers, provided by the organizing authority atregistration. Coach and support boats are urgently reminded to follow allspeed regulations nearby the harbour.<strong>25</strong>.2 Due to environmental protection regulations utmost precaution against fuelspill in the water is to be taken (the water quality of the lake is rated as“drinking water”). It is prohibited to directly refill the boats on the water. Pleasetake portable tanks to the filling station or refill with portable canisters (max 20l) and communicating tubes to avoid spill.<strong>25</strong>.3 All coach boats not registered in Austria must fly a red flag with sponsor-logoprovided by the organizing authority at the registration during the duration ofthe event.<strong>25</strong>.4 Speed limit is 5 kts in all areas less than 200m to coastline (no wake!) Theharbour must be approached in a perpendicular angle (or shortest possibleapproach) in the 200 m from the coast line area.<strong>25</strong>.5 Coach boats shall be watered/slipped in the west end of the event area(western boat storage area “L”).<strong>25</strong>.6 To provide safe mooring in case of wave build up during the night andsufficient mooring space, coach boats shall be moored to boys over night.Storage boys for Coach Boats will be marked with a yellow tag.<strong>25</strong>.7 All coach boats must have a sufficient minimum third party liability coverage ofEUR 1.500.000,00. The original insurance document must be presented toreceive permission / registration to be operated during the event.26 TRASH DISPOSALBoats shall not put trash in the water. Trash shall be kept aboard anddisposed in prepared bins located in the club area.6
