CS-4/WIN is an easy-to-learn tool for the daily work of operatorsin a CD and DVD plant. It is also the applicable for use in anOptical Media R&D lab. CS-4/WIN was developed for WINDOWS2000 and supports local and networked operations.CS-4/WIN is the powerful Main System control and managementsoftware for Tower-based DaTARIUS CD/DVD analyzers andCD/DVD process control subsystems. It manages the displayand archiving of data, printing of reports, control of complexautomated sequences, configuration, networking, downloadof firmware and hardware settings and calibration. CS-4/WINautomatically monitors and logs all hardware and softwarecomponents.Innovations: One software for CD and DVD formats. DaTARIUSset the standard by introducing terms such as ‘fast test’ and‘split test’, now adopted by the industry as a whole. Newmeasurements such as Jitter, first described by DaTARIUS,have also become the de facto standard.Real-Time Multi-Tasking: CS-4/WIN uses a DaTARIUSdeveloped 8-channel ‘intelligent hardware interface’ - MSI -board to handle the high bandwidth real-time critical data fromup to 8 multi-speed analyzers.
