Workplace spirituality brings employee spiritualvalues to the workplace which is highly motivated by the spiritual need to experience a feelingof inspiration and community in their work (Fry & Matherly, 2006, 2007). There has been aconstant discussion in the literature regarding the role of gender in relation to occupationalstress like Rodriguez Calcagno and Brewer (2005) found that amongst Hispanic professional’sfemales experience higher levels of job stress than do males.
