NOTE: Protest may be withdrawn or not proceeded with, if the competitor isconfident that the judges/officials are dealing with the relevant breach of rules.EFGHIJKAdjudication by the Referee/Sectional Referee shall proceed on the writtenprotest or a judge’s report(s) as appropriate. The Referee/Sectional Refereemay, if necessary, hear evidence from the competitors concerned with thealleged breach of rules.Direct referral of the protest or report to the Carnival Disputes Committee isan option for the Sectional Referee.The Sectional Referee’s decision may be disputed by way of referral to theCarnival Disputes Committee.Lodge dispute within fifteen (15) minutes in writing to the Carnival DisputesCommittee.All sides of the dispute shall have the opportunity to put their case to thecommittee.Carnival Disputes Committee decision heard in camera, shall be advised torelevant officials and competitors. This decision is final and there is no furtherright of appeal.
