2011-2013 Strategic PlanThe Ontario Provincial <strong>Police</strong> (OPP) develops a Strategic Plan every three years to help setorganizational priorities and communicate how the OPP intends to work towards keeping “SafeCommunities... A Secure Ontario.” The year 2011 marked the first year <strong>of</strong> the 2011-2013 strategicplanning cycle.The Plan is constructed around four main categories: Public Safety, Relationships, Workforce, andEffectiveness.
