User Manual for <strong>eMILPO</strong>CM No. <strong>eMILPO</strong>-UME00-046-2007111610.5 ReadinessThe functional category of Readiness provides an aggregate view of a unit’s personnel, strength,and readiness status.• Personnel Asset Visibility Report (PAVR)—provides information related to a unit’sreadiness for deployment. The PAVR is the personnel portion of the USR. The reportincludes availability data for soldiers assigned to the unit.• Human Resource Authorizations Report (HRAR)—displays the associations betweenauthorizations and soldiers within the unit. The UMR includes sections for slottedsoldiers and their authorizations, slotted overstrength soldiers, unslotted soldiers, unfilledpositions, changed authorizations, and total soldiers. The UMR also provides acumulative total of one or more UICs.• Individual Non-Available Deployment Tracking—tracks soldiers who are unavailable fordeployment. Non-Available Deployment Tracking includes the capability to add, update,and remove non-availability deployment data for a soldier.• Mass Non-Available Deployment Tracking—allows you to process non-availabilityindicator details for selected soldiers.10.6 WorkflowThe functional category of Workflow provides automatic notification to the units and authorizedpersonnel of task actions they need to perform for soldiers within the units under their authority.Workflow will also provide information relating to tasks and will allow the authorized user toview or forward tasks to other users as necessary.FunctionInboxDelete TaskForward TaskOpen/View TaskReturn TaskView Audit LogOutboxDelegate RoleDescriptionThis lists tasks assigned to you and allows you to perform thefollowing functions: delete task, forward task, open/viewtask, return task, and view audit log.You have the option to delete a task that is currently assignedto you.You have the option to forward a task that is currentlyassigned to you.You have the option to either open or view a task that iscurrently assigned to you.You have the option to return a task that was previouslyforwarded to you.You have the option to view the history of a specific workflowsubject.This lists all workflow tasks that were originally assigned toyou and have since been deleted, forwarded, or returned.This allows you, if authorized, to assign a workflow-relatedrole from one user to another within your unit boundaries.Table 10–4: Workflow FunctionsNovember 16, 2007 Page 28 Version 4.6 (Draft)For Official Use Only
