Series 89 Range
Not only elegantly designed, the Series 89 is also a highly sophisticated, functional
and flexible solution to emergency exit requirements, including fire doors.
The two and three point locking versions with ‘Pullman’ latches at top and bottom give
immediate release on opening (vital in a ‘panic’ situation) and the door re-latches
securely on closing. The 8901 single point latch is equally effective.
Brackets to suit are only 42mm wide, allowing fitting to most narrow stile doors - the
push-bar itself extends full width across the door for increased safety in use.
The Series 89 is perfect for any high usage situation where its smooth operation and
durable mechanics ensure long life, safety and security.
JPM8901
Standard features:
• Cross follower on the main case for use with outside trim (EN2000)
• Spring loaded cross bar in the hinge case
• 900mm wide field adjustable release bar
• Successfully tested to BS EN1125 1997: clause 6. Test reports and/or certificates are
available upon request
Applications:
• For single door or first opening leaf on a pair of doors. Double rebated doors use
8901 together with 8902
Finish:
• Silver enamel. Other finishes, including stainless steel are available to special order
