Our Human Resource Management(HRM) program will allow you to develop effective communication skills, the capacity forunderstanding, problem solving and critical analysis and to gain skills and understanding for effectiveprofessional practice in diverse human resource contexts.Effective HRM practice requires knowledge and skills in the operation and management of business.A feature of our HRM program is its emphasis on understanding the broader business environment,while also providing you with a solid introduction to the knowledge and skills required forprofessional practice as a HRM generalist. They helped me with my mistakesand explained the solutions, they don’t justcorrect it and leave it, but they want tomake sure we understand our mistakes.’While at the University, Ayu was also theclub president of the Indonesian studentsassociation and since completing herdegree, she has had the opportunity todiversify her skills with success in findingwork back home.‘I am working for the AustralianIndonesia Partnership Project inIndonesia, namely ACCESS (AustralianCommunity Development and Civil SocietyStrengthening Scheme),’ she says. ‘Myposition is a Grant Contract Officer.
